Ingredients

bananas
with a few brown spots

egg
1/2
cup
oat flour
1/2
tsp
cinnamon
1/2
tsp
baking powder
1
tsp
coconut oil
for greasing (or use butter/cooking spray)
Instructions
In a medium bowl, mash the banana until smooth.
Add in the egg and mix well with a fork or whisk.
Add in the flour, cinnamon, baking powder and mix until everything is combined.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat, grease with coconut oil.
Add a tablespoon of batter and cook until the bottoms are golden brown (about 3 minutes). Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
Repeat, greasing the skillet between batches.
Let cool a bit and serve.
