In a bowl, combine the milk and butter and microwave for about 40s until the butter melts, mix and set aside.
Add the eggs and whisk until fully combined with the milk and butter mixture.
Mix in the tapioca flour, cheese and salt.
Heat up your waffle maker (I like to use the highest setting for the crunchiest waffles).
Brush a little butter to grease the waffle maker.
Fill with batter, close and wait 3,4 minutes until golden (The time will depend on the brand and size of your waffle maker).
Enjoy warm!

You can add some chia seeds for additional nutrition.
I like using whole cow's milk as it results in more golden waffles. When using almond or oat milk, the waffles are more pale.
