Equipment

  • 1 High Speed Blender

Ingredients 
 

  • 3.5 oz acai frozen
  • 1 cup banana frozen (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup strawberries frozen (diced)
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 tsp maple syrup optional (skip for babies)

Instructions

  • Slice the banana into small circles and cut thestrawberries into pieces. Measure the amounts needed for the recipe and addthem to a tray or Ziplock bag. Freeze for at least two hours before blending.
  • Add the frozen fruits (banana, strawberries,acai), milk and rolled oats to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth, scrapingdown the sides as needed.
  • Adjust sweetness adding maple syrup (if desired,for toddlers over 2 years old).
  • Pour the acai mixture into a bowl, add yourfavorite toppings and serve immediately!
