Equipment

Ingredients  

  • 1 banana frozen or fresh + ice
  • 1 cup blueberries frozen
  • 1 tbsp almond butter sugar free
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  •  Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  • Blend until smooth. If using both banana and blueberries frozen may take a little longer to blend.
  •  Serve immediately.
