These Christmas oat cookies are healthy and perfectly crunchy! Made with minimum ingredients, it is the perfect Christmas cookie to bake with the little ones.
Mix the oat flour, powdered milk, corn starch, butter, turbinado sugar and vanilla using your hands. The mixture will be crumbly.
Add the water and mix until the dough is formed and stops sticking to your hands. In the beginning it will stick, as you keep mixing it will incorporate the water and become soft and moldable.
Place the dough in between 2 pieces of parchment paper and open it to 1/8” thickness (3mm).
Transfer to a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
Bake at 356F (180C) for 12 minutes.
Notes
Nutrition facts are calculated per serving (1 cookie).
If you add MMs to decorate, these were not part of the nutrition calculations.
If you want the M&Ms to “stick” to the cookie, add them before baking.
