Equipment

Ingredients

  • 40 g powdered milk
  • 30 g desiccated coconut
  • 2 tbsp coconut milk

  • When you start combining the mixture it may look a little dry. But, as you mix, the coconut milk will be just the perfect moisture to create a mixture ideal for rolling. Do not add more liquid or else you will not be able to roll the coconut balls.
  • There is no need to refrigerate the dough before rolling.
