Ingredients to Make the Best Snowballs
You only need 3 very simple ingredients to make these no bake coconut snowballs. Yes, you read it right, only 3 ingredients!
- Powdered milk (no sugar added).
- Desiccated coconut (unsweetened).
- Coconut milk.
Step by Step Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix with a spoon until all the coconut milk has incorporated to the dry ingredients.
- Make small balls and roll into coconut.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
Recipe Notes
- When you start combining the mixture it may look a little dry. But, as you mix, the coconut milk will add just the perfect moisture to create an ideal mixture for rolling. Do not add more liquid! Or else, you will not be able to roll the coconut balls.
- There is no need to refrigerate the dough before rolling.
