Ingredients

avocado
ripe - 140g flesh

tbsp
peanut butter

tbsp
maple syrup

tbsp
cacao powder

tsp
vanilla extract
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until it achieves a thick paste like a pudding.
Scrape down the sides (if needed) and keep blending until smooth.
Spoon mixture into popsicle molds. Gently tap the molds to the countertop to remove any air bubbles.
Insert the popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours.
Notes
Nutrition facts are calculated per serving.
As this is a very thick mixture, make sure that excess air is removed from popsicle molds by gently tapping it to a flat surface.
