Ingredients  

  • 1 avocado ripe - 140g flesh
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until it achieves a thick paste like a pudding.
  • Scrape down the sides (if needed) and keep blending until smooth.
  • Spoon mixture into popsicle molds. Gently tap the molds to the countertop to remove any air bubbles.
  • Insert the popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours.

Notes

  • Nutrition facts are calculated per serving.
  • As this is a very thick mixture, make sure that excess air is removed from popsicle molds by gently tapping it to a flat surface.
