Ingredients to make the best fudgesicles
- Avocado
- Peanut butter – use natural, 100% peanuts
- Maple Syrup – used to sweeten
- Cacao powder – 100% cacao, unsweetened
- Vanilla extract – optional
Step by Step Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until it achieves a thick paste like a pudding.
- Scrape down the sides if needed and keep blending until smooth.
- Spoon mixture into popsicle molds. Gently tap the molds to the countertop to remove any air bubbles.
- Insert the popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours.

- 1 avocado ripe – 140g flesh
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Notes
