Easy Blueberry Chia Jam

Ingredients

blueberries
fresh or frozen

tbsp
chia seeds
1/4
cup
apple juice
1
tbsp
honey
optional (> 2 years old)
Instructions
Add blueberries and apple juice to a saucepan and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes, mashing with a fork or potato masher.
Turn off the heat, add chia seeds and honey (if desired) and mix.
Let it cool completely and transfer to a glass jar.
Refrigerate or freeze (see storage instructions for more details).
Notes
Store in airtight containers in the fridge for about 1 week or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
Serve with pancakes, waffles, toast or to flavor yogurt.
