Preheat the oven to 450F and grease a large baking sheet (or line with parchment paper).
Add flour, salt, and baking powder to a large mixing bowl and whisk it together.
Add Greek yogurt to the dry ingredients and mix with a rubber spatula until the dough forms.
Finish mixing with your hands until the dough is elastic and non-sticky.
Split the dough ball into four equal parts for individual pizzas, eight equal parts for mini pizzas (lunch box size) or make a large pizza.
Open the pizza dough using your hands (my preferred method) or a rolling pin on a lightly floured work surface.
Transfer the pizzas to the prepared baking sheet. Brush a small amount of olive oil on the dough, mainly the edges.
Spread pizza tomato sauce thinly, along with cheese and your favorite toppings.
For personal pizzas, bake for 9-10 minutes until the edges are golden brown. When making full-size pizzas, bake for 11-12 minutes. When making mini, lunch box pizzas, bake for 8 minutes.
