In a bowl, add the oat flour, cinnamon, baking powder and mix.
Add the banana, spinach, egg, coconut oil and milk to a blender and blend on medium until smooth.
Pour blender content into bowl and mix with flour mixture.
Grease a medium skillet, add the batter, and cook until the sides are firm, and bottoms are golden. Flip and finish cooking.
Let them cool, serve or freeze for later.
