Frankenstein Avocado Toast
This cute Frankenstein toast is a great way to involve kids in the kitchen! Not wanting to eat avocados? Try to make them part of the process!

nori seaweed
if you use small sheets, if large only 1 is enough.

black olives
pitted

cheese
1/2
avocado
Instructions
If your bread slices are not rectangular, cut the edges and shape as per picture instructions.
Place bread on toaster.
Cut Frankenstein's hair, mouth, and stiches (make sure that your hands are very dry, and you use small kitchen scissors).
Cut cheese eyes.
Cut black olives in half.
Mash the avocado and spread on toasts.
Assemble the Frankenstein per picture instructions.
Have fun!!

Toasting the bread slices is recommended for firmness.
If you don't have seaweed, use black olives instead. See post for substitutions.
I used the same brand as the nori seaweed I linked to the recipe, however, the larger sheet. If using small I think it is easier to cut and shape.
