Ingredients to Make Frankenstein Avocado Toast
- Whole wheat bread
- Nori seaweed
- Black olives
- Cheese
- Avocado
Step by Step Instructions
- If your bread slices are not rectangular, cut the edges and shape as per picture instructions.
- Place bread on toaster.
- Cut Frankenstein’s hair, mouth, and stiches (make sure that your hands are very dry, and you use small kitchen scissors).
- Cut oval cheese eyes.
- Cut black olives in half.
- Mash the avocado and spread on toasts.
- Assemble the Frankenstein per photo instructions.
- Have fun!!
Serving Suggestions and Substitutions
You can serve this toast as part of a Halloween snack board.
If you don’t have seaweed easily available, you can use black olives as a replacement (see picture below).
