almond milk
unsweetened (or use coconut water)

cup
mango
frozen

cup
pineapple
frozen

cup
spinach
loosely packed
1
banana
small

tbsp
chia seeds
optional
Instructions
Add the milk and spinach to a high-speed blender.
Blend until the spinach is well broken down.
Add the banana, pineapple and mango and blend until smooth.
Serve immediately.
Notes
Nutrition facts are calculated per serving.
If having a hard time blending the frozen fruit, add in steps or wait 5 minutes to defrost a bit.
Make sure the spinach is loosely packed, if adding too much will affect the texture of the smoothie and you will have difficulty blending it all in.
Make sure you blend very well to ensure creaminess.
