Serving Suggestions and Substitutions
You can serve this delicious tropical green smoothie to your kids during snack time.
Milk: My first choice in this smoothie is almond milk (unsweetened). You can also use coconut milk for a delicious creamy tropical flavor or coconut water for an Island Green Smoothie (Tropical Smoothie Copycat Recipe).

Notes
- Nutrition facts are calculated per serving.
- If having a hard time blending the frozen fruit, add in steps or wait 5 minutes to defrost a bit.
- Make sure the spinach is loosely packed, if adding too much will affect the texture of the smoothie and you will have difficulty blending it all in.
- Make sure you blend very well to ensure creaminess.
- Served in our favorite smoothie cups from Elk and Friends.
