Equipment

Ingredients  

  • 1 cup chickpeas
  • 4 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 8 dates medjool
  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut optional - unsweetened
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract optional

Instructions

  • Add the cooked chickpeas, dates, cacao powder, peanut butter and coconut flakes to a food processor and blend until smooth. It will form a dough that is easily moldable.
  • Mold into your desired shapes and finish with melted chocolate, cacao powder or coconut flakes.

Notes

  • For the best results, use Medjool dates, as they are softer and sweeter.
  • Make sure to measure the ingredients as per the recipe card to ensure that the dough will be easily moldable.
