In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients together and use your hands to combine until the mixture is smooth.
With the hands wet, mold each mini hamburger. Use 1-2 tbsp for each, make a ball and then using the palm of you hand press down each ball to make the hamburger patties.
Cooking on a skillet
Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add someolive oil to grease.
Grill both sides of the hamburger patties untilfully cooked (internal temperature 170F).
Baking in the oven
Pre-heat oven to 375F.
Grease a large baking sheet or add parchmentpaper.
Add the baby hamburgers and spray with olive oravocado oil.
Bake for about 15 minutes, until the internaltemperature has reached 170F.
Air Fryer
Spray olive or avocado oil to the air fryer basket.
Add hamburgers, spray with olive oil.
Air fry at 375F for about 7-8 minutes.

When offering to babies <12m old, make sure that the baby has already been exposed to the individual ingredients as there are allergens in this recipe (egg and sesame seeds).; and no salt is added.
