Add the peanut butter, cinnamon and milk and whisk until combined.
Heat the coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.
Place the bread into the mixture and flip to coat both sides.
Cook each side of the bread until golden brown.
Repeat with all slices of bread.
Cut into desired shapes and serve!
Notes
You can replace the coconut oil with butter for frying. I added 1 tbsp as it is needed for the French toast not to stick, otherwise it won’t look as nice and golden.
For babies, cut bread into sticks. For babies 9+ months old cut into small squares to practice pincer grasp, for older toddlers you can cut into larger squares.
