Equipment

Ingredients 
 

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 3/4 cup oats old fashioned
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter natural - only peanuts (no sugar added)
  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut sugar free
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 356F (180C).
  • Grease and add parchment paper to a square 9x9 cake pan.
  • Mash the bananas and mix with the remaining ingredients.
  • Spread the mixture into the baking tray and press with a spoon.
  • Bake for 20 minutes until edges start to golden.
  • Let it cool and cut into squares or fingers.

Notes

  • Use overripe bananas for best results.
