Equipment

Ingredients  

  • 1 cup dragon fruit cubed and frozen
  • 1 cup strawberries frozen
  • 1 banana sliced and frozen
  • 200 ml apple juice no sugar added

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.

Notes

  • Add the juice first to facilitate blending. If you don’t have a good blender you may need to add the frozen fruits in steps!
  • You can double the recipe and make popsicles, I bet the kids will love!
  • If you prefer it less consistent, use frozen strawberries, frozen dragon fruit and FRESH bananas!
