In a bowl, mix the flours, cinnamon, and baking powder.
Add the remaining ingredients and whisk until smooth.
Heat a skillet over medium heat, melt some butter or coconut oil.
Use a fork to coat the banana slice into the batter.
Add the banana bites to the pan, flip when golden on bottom then cook for another minute.
Continue the process until the bananas are finished (see recipe notes).

You can choose to use as many bananas as you like. If using only 2 for example, you can make some regular sized pancakes without adding the bananas. If serving to kids > 2 years old, you can add a drizzle maple syrup to the batter before cooking or after!
