Notes
Use a ripe banana with some brown spots for the perfect sweetness. You can cut it into slices and freeze for 2-3 hours and it will be just the perfect consistency.
It is best to use a high-speed blender, this is my favorite for making smoothies! If yours isn’t very powerful, you may need to wait a little for the banana to defrost or add more milk.
