Add the mixture to popsicle molds and freeze for minimum of 4 hours.

Raspberries do have lots of small seeds which are edible and very nutritious. However, they can be seen and felt in these popsicles. My son loves it this way and so do I, however you may prefer to strain the strawberry lemonade to eliminate the seeds if the texture is not pleasant to your tastes. I do recommend trying before though!
This is a vitamin rich popsicle which can be perfectly paired as dessert after an iron rich meal!
