Whisk the egg.
Add the melted butter and milk and mix.
In a separate bowl, mix the flours, sugar, and baking powder.
Combine dry and wet and gently mix the batter.
Heat a skillet over low heat, add a little butter or coconut oil to grease (if needed).
Scoop 2 tablespoons to make the Rudolph faces, 1 tablespoon to make the smaller nose circle and ½ tablespoon to make each ear.
Wait for bubbles to appear, flip and finish cooking.
Repeat making Rudolph pancakes or switch to making regular pancakes. For littles I use 1 tbsp batter for each pancake.
