Preheat the oven to 356F/180C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Mash the bananas.
In a medium bowl, mix with the other ingredients until combined.
Form 16 small balls of cookie dough, place them on the lined baking tray and press into a cookie shape. If desired, top with extra chocolate chips or strawberries.
Bake for 15 minutes until golden on the edges.
Let the cookies cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
When the cookies come out of the oven, they will still be soft, let them cool 10 minutes before serving.
Do not overbake the cookies. Start checking the cookies around the 12-minute mark. When cookies get golden on the edges, they are ready.
Skip the chocolate chip cookies if serving these cookies to children less than 2 years old. This way the cookies will be completely sugar free!
