Strawberry Watermelon Popsicles
Refreshing, Vit C rich, these Strawberry Watermelon Popsicles are a great summer dessert for kids! They are made with 100% fruits, no added sugar!

Watermelon

Lemon juice
or juice of 1/2 orange
Instructions
Wash the watermelon,strawberries and lemon thoroughly.
Slice thewatermelon into cubes with the rind removed, slice the strawberries and squeezethe lemon juice.
Place allingredients in a blender and purée until completely smooth.
Pour thewatermelon mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 6 hours untilsolid.
Run themold under a little warm water for a few seconds to loosen the popsicles.Remove them from the mold and enjoy your healthy watermelon popsicles!
Notes
If using frozen strawberries, rinse to remove ice crystals before adding to the blender.
Leave some space at the top for the popsicles to expand.
Make sure to remove the black seeds from the watermelon before blending!
