I know, from experience, that having a baby and learning it all can be very overwhelming. I am here to share what I learned about the do’s and don’ts in baby weaning to help you navigate it at ease. I will also share expert articles on nutrition, sugar intake, iron absorption, and other very important topics to ensure a healthy start in life!

I’m a chemical engineer, born and raised in Brazil, and the eldest of 3 siblings. I have always worked a lot and lived abroad for many years.
While living in Germany with my husband, I decided to take a break from my career to focus on learning the language and starting some personal projects. Then, I became pregnant with my son and decided to be a SAHM for his very important first years.
When he was about to start eating solids, I realized I knew nothing about it. As I started to learn, I became obsessed with nutrition, baby weaning, and everything in between.
Since then, I have done many baby weaning courses and have graduated from Le Cordon Blue’s Nutrition and Gastronomy Course. Providing healthy meals to my son was my mission. Knowing how important nutrition is to support proper neurological development and growth, I really wanted to make sure I was doing it right from the beginning.

I wanted to create this blog to be a one-stop-shop for all baby weaning topics. I am a firm believer that anyone can plan and offer a healthy and nutritious meal without spending hours in the kitchen.
Whether you’re a busy mom, dad, grandparent, caregiver, or just trying to eat a healthier diet – there is something here for everyone! I also LOVE adapting my favorite classic recipes so that they are healthier.
