  • Pour the blended pineapple into a skillet and cook over medium heat for about 25 minutes until it becomes a paste.
  • Turn off the heat.
  • Add the coconut, coconut oil, powdered milk and mix until combined.
  • Transfer the dough to a bowl and refrigerate for 2-3 hours until you can roll the bliss balls.
  • Roll the mixture into balls and coat with extra desiccated coconut or powdered milk.

Storage Instructions
