Ingredients to make Peanut Coconut Bliss Balls
- Natural peanut butter – Check the composition to make sure it is 100% made of peanuts.
- Desiccated coconut – Unsweetened.
- Dates – used to sweeten the bliss balls.
- Powdered milk – unsweetened.
- Roasted peanuts – optional ingredient to roll.
Step by Step Instructions
- Cover the dates with water, microwave for 30 seconds.
- Wait about 5 minutes for the dates to hydrate and soften.
- Remove the dates from the soaking water, transfer to a plate and mash with a fork.
- In a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix with your hands until forms a moldable dough.
- With a spoon, scoop each ball and pressure with your fingers forming a ball.
- If desired, roll into crushed roasted peanuts or more coconut.

- As the size of the dates vary, if the mixture seems too dry to mold into balls, add a little bit more peanut butter to adjust.
- To make the balls you must press the dough with your fingers. Do not try to roll as they will break due to the shredded coconut.
