Ingredients

You only need a few ingredients to make these sugar free pumpkin cookies:

  • Banana: make sure to use a very ripe banana, as this will be the main source of sweetness.
  • Pumpkin purée: Make sure to select 100% pumpkin purée, not pie filling.
  • Almond flour: Rich in vitamin E and other antioxidants, almond flour is incredibly nutritious.
  • Old fashioned oats: I like to combine old fashioned oats with almond flour as it gives a little texture to the cookies. Oats are packed with fiber, so a great addition to the recipe as well.
  • Pumpkin spice: Adds flavor and warmth to this recipe. You can replace it for cinnamon if you prefer.
  • Mini dark chocolate chips: Optional
